The holiday has started today which means we get one week off. We're celebrating 'queensday' in Holland at the 30th of april and I've planned a lot of other fun activities for the upcoming week. I've planned a photoshoot on sunday, it's quite nerve wrecking and I still haven't found the perfect outfit.

Thanks for all of your sweet & helpful comments on the previous post. This afternoon I've bought the black Sacha boots, I couldn't resist myself, I'm a sucker for studs...

I've been doubting between these two pairs of shoes for quite a while. I defenitely need a new pair of black boots because I wear my docs and creepers way too often. But because I couldn't decide myself I thought i'd be a good idea to ask my followers for some advice, so which pair do you prefer?

EVENT / New Look Store

Last thursday Marloes and I went to the opening of the New Look together right after our visit to Oona, Puur and Caro PR. I'm a big fan of the ss 2012 collection, I just love the tribal prints, bright colours and animal prints. And of course I couldn't leave without buying some items, I'll show them in one of the upcoming posts.

I'm a sucker for thrifted clothes, especially when they're incredibly cheap like this yellow blouse which only costed 2 euros. I love the lace detail on the collar, it's so cute!
As soon as I saw this backpack I knew I just had to buy it. As you know I'm a big fan of kitsch items and this bag has kitsch written all over it.

Yesterday I visited Oona PR & Puur Pr together with Marloes. The collections were really diverse and I've already seen some beautiful items that would defenitely fit in my closet! Especially the bright coloured 'Miss Mochila' bags, they are great to use for festivals!

Today our family visited us and we went for a walk at the 'Oortjeshekken'. Suddenly a herd of wild horses started chasing us, which was quite hilarious as we all started to run like fools because we were so scared, but after a couple of minutes we realized that they just wanted to drink some water from the lake, phew!

This weekend is going to be quite boring, I still have some tests next week and I need to work tomorrow. Even though I absolutely don't mind working in the bakery, it's actually quite fun, I wish I could just go somewhere.. Luckily I am going to Amsterdam next week together with Marloes, so I have something exciting to look forward to. Happy Easter!

I'm in the middle of my test week and I've spent quite a lot of time studying this week so I thought It'd be a good idea to pamper myself a bit with a delicious snack. This blog is full of delicious vegan recipes. The fudge brownies looked great and I'm a sucker for chocolate so I decided to make them. They look a bit weird on the third picture but believe me, they taste great! (if I may say so myself...)
Their blog is written in Dutch but you can translate it with google, I want everyone to be able to taste these babies!
